As a family, we’ve sensed God creating us all with hearts to serve others, especially those whom Christ calls, “the least of these”. Over the years, this tension has grown as we’ve all navigated this calling professionally through the hospitality industry, the medical field, social work, various community service opportunities, church ministry and everyday relational service. Thus, our hearts have led to family conversations about “what” can or should we do to impact the next generation—even children yet to be born. We simply desire to start somewhere small, which has led to “The B.I. I.G. Foundation”. This acronym suggests “big things” yet, it primarily expresses our humble attempt as a family to become “The Browns Investing In Generations”.
